The BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival 2010

BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing FestivalRacing Action, Cruisers and Parties!
The weeklong BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival starting at Nanny Cay the Sailing Festival races up the Sir Frances Drake Channel to the renown Bitter End Yacht Club. The BVI Spring Regatta is a world leader in race innovation, now offering four racecourses with the largest choice of racing options of any major Caribbean regatta. Come for the fun. Come for the competition. There's something for everyone!

New for 2010
The BVI Spring Regatta will host the BVI Windsurfing Championship.

March 29th
Registration

Tuesday, March 30
The Bitter End Cup
Race to the Bitter End Yacht Club in the North Sound, Virgin Gorda.
Jump up at Almond Walk.

Wednesday, March 31
Lay Day and the Nation's Challenge Cup
Compete on Hobie Wave and Getaways, using a round robin format.

Entertainment dockside at the Bitter End's Pub
Enjoy sailing videos, sailing stories, food and drink, snorkeling, windsurfing rally or an excursion to Anegada.

Awards for dinghy regattas and Nations' Challenge Cup Evening cookout and party at the Quarterdeck Club & Pub.

Thursday, April 1
Nanny Cay Cup and Welcome Party
Race back down the Channel to Nanny Cay for the Awards from the day's racing.
Welcome party and registration for 38th Annual Regatta

Friday, Saturday & Sunday (April 2-4)
BVI Spring Regatta
Three days of world-class racing action.
This year's regatta is broadcast live via internet and can be watched by friends and family at the Regatta Village at Nanny Cay Marina.
Evening parties at the Regatta Village includes footage from the day's event, live music, fashion shows and awards ceremony on Sunday night.
